PvE Hunter build, what do you think.

To be honest, I’m confused by your build.
It’s like you tried to mix the perfect raid build with the Beast Mastery tree and ran out of talent points too early.
Focused Fire?
Rapid Killing?
Efficiency?
Improved Concussive Shot?
Go For The Throat?
Ferocity?
Focused Fire is only really worth it if your pet is critting a lot. It affects your Kill Command ability which only works after your pet crits. It also gives you +2 damage which is, laughable, to be honest – especially since your pet needs to be active in order to give you the buff.
Rapid Killing would only benefit you in a PvP situation since you do NOT want to start out with a Rapid Killing crit when you have Mortal Shots. You would pull aggro from your pet before you could blink.
Efficiency gives you a 10 discount on all shots and stings. But why? Why not put them in Improved Arcane Shot to buff up your damage, or, hell, Improved Hunter’s Mark to increase your pet’s damage?
Improved Concussive Shot should not be useful in PvE. If it is then you’re pulling aggro too much and relying too heavily on a chance-to-proc effect. This is a PvP talent if you ask me. And you did. It’s used to annoy the hell out of other players in PvP, nothing more. Stop the Mage from casting something, stop the Rogue from running away, etc.
Go For The Throat gives your pet 50 Focus every time you crit. Okay, here’s the deal: If you crit with that build, you get aggro. If your pet needs 50 extra Focus that badly, you’re doing something wrong. Your pet should have Bite and Growl on, nothing more. It’s not enough to empty the Focus pool. If you enable Claw or Gore, it’ll drain the Focus pool, leaving no Focus for Growl which means you’ll pull aggro like a whore in hell.
Ferocity is a good talent, if you plan on getting Frenzy. With this build, you don’t. And extra 6 critical chance to your pet is useless without Frenzy. Frenzy is the real reason to get Ferocity. Crit upon crit due to increased attack speed. Don’t blow your talent points on this talent when you don’t plan on buffing your pet. You’ll pull aggro with a Rapid Killing autoshot crit anyways.
There, hopefully I didn’t sound too grumpy, but I almost cried when I saw that talent build. You’re all over the place in it. Focus on one tree and then take a second tree depending on what talents you’ve got.
In my opinion, there’s no reason to go Beast Mastery unless you get at least Frenzy. And preferably Spirit Bond and Ferocious Inspiration too.
If you plan on doing a lot of questing and grinding alone, go with a Beast build. If you plan on raiding a lot, go with a build. If you want to PvP, go with either a Beast or build.
I’ll be back once I get some sleep.
